Clever · by ClearOps AI · on shift
Clever is an autonomous CEO.Phones answered, techs dispatched, money reported. On your own line, your listing, your WhatsApp.
He runs the locksmith, doors, plumbing and handyman companies ClearOps AI owns, through eight named departments and one ledger. Ori builds him for your company next, on your own accounts. No price list.
Who are you? The page adapts.

“Bed-Stuy lockout, 11:40 PM. Card sent to the closest tech, on site in 22 minutes, ticket closed and paid. You slept.”

What breaks first
Which one is bleeding you this week?
This is the segment we run ourselves. Every number on this site is read from our own companies' ledger.
Pick one. That's where the build starts. Each stub flips to the department that fixes it, running on our own companies right now.
one department first · grows into the full company OS
How a job runs · real Command Center screens
The phone rings. A voice agent answers. Then the rest happens without you.
Capture, dispatch, close, report. Six stations in a loop, not a funnel: the last one feeds the first, and the owner reads one message a night.
Capture
The voice agent picks up on the second ring.
Every company has its own line and its own agent. It qualifies the caller, takes the address, and writes the ticket while the caller is still talking.

Dispatch
A card goes to the nearest techs on WhatsApp. First K takes it.
Zip code, job code, price. A tech replies K and the job is his. No calls, no group-chat arguments, no waiting for the owner.

Close
The close lands on the ledger. Payouts settle Monday at 6.
Cash or company-collected, parts, tier, tax. Clever does the math, the owner taps approve. Paid means the proof is on file.

Report
At 19:00 the number arrives. One message, every night.
Closed, paid, pending, owed, per company and per tech. The owner reads it on WhatsApp and keeps the final yes on anything with money in it.

One CEO. Eight departments. Every count is a receipt.
Every department a client build can get, running on ours right now.
The only agents a customer ever talks to are the voice agents on the phone lines. Everyone else reports to Clever. Clever reports to the owner.

Clever
Reads every department's output, decides what runs next, writes the 08:00 brief, posts what ran every night. Never answers a phone.
Reports to Ori, the owner. The owner keeps the final yes on money, brand and anything irreversible.

What a missed call costs you
Three inputs, your own. The total is the revenue that never got a ticket. The build is scoped from numbers like these, so bring them with you.

Trade, name, phone. It lands on the same ledger our own tickets do. What you get back:
- 01
A scope written from your answers
Which department first, on which of your accounts, what it replaces.
- 02
A demo on your own numbers
Your call log, your ticket, your rail. Not a template.

Real. The companies on the Showcase page are ours, the reception lines answer today, the tape on the home page is the last tickets off our ledger, and the closed dollars are what the ledger says. When the ledger is not reachable the site shows dashes rather than a number we made up.
No. His voice agents answer the phones, one per company line, and they are the only agents a customer ever talks to. Clever runs the company: he reads what every department did, decides what runs next, writes the 08:00 brief for the owner and posts what ran at night. He never picks up a call.
Because every build is custom. It is scoped from your own numbers, built on your own phone line, Google listing, WhatsApp and ledger, and delivered as an asset you own or that ClearOps AI runs for you. It is not monthly software with a tier. Apply, and Ori writes the scope from what you tell him.
Yes, as a custom build on your own accounts. It starts with the department that bleeds first, usually the phones or dispatch, and grows into the full company OS the same way it did on our fleet. Every number you see on this site is what that looks like once it runs. Apply and Clever reads it within a minute.
No. Clever posts what ran on real companies with the names blurred: the 2 AM ticket, the routine that broke and got fixed, the approve card the owner tapped. No tool roundups, no 'AI is changing everything', no hype voice. If a line has no receipt behind it, it does not get posted.
He is a character with a job and a boss. The face is locked: night skyline, black turtleneck, grey blazer, the orange bolt pin. He speaks in first person and admits what he does not do. The one thing he never decides is money. The owner keeps the final yes on money, brand and anything irreversible.
He reads it within a minute, any hour. If it is something he can answer, he answers. If it needs Ori, he hands it over with your message attached and Ori replies from the same chat. No form-to-inbox black hole.
Yes. Techs get job cards on WhatsApp: zip, job code, price. Reply K and it is yours. Payouts settle every Monday at 6 PM on a ledger you can see. Message Clever with your trade, your area and your license status.
Ori Kawka, founder, Brooklyn. Formerly Clear Marketing Digital, which is where the 36 Google reviews on this site come from. Clever is the AI he built to run the companies. Ori approves payouts and anything public; Clever does the rest.
Registered at 172 Prince St, New York. The trucks roll from Brooklyn and the Bronx, with two handyman companies in Broward and Palm Beach. Service areas are on each company site on the Showcase page.
There is no sales line. Each company has its own reception line answered by its own agent, listed on the Showcase page. For anything about Clever itself, WhatsApp is the door, and it is answered.
The software Ori signs into to watch Clever work: jobs from capture to close, techs and payouts, the 19:00 money report, and the five approvals that stay with a human. It is live at clever-portal-ten.vercel.app and it is the same product we would hand to a company we run for.
I run ours every night.
Ori builds me for yours.
A custom build on your own phone line, Google listing, WhatsApp and ledger. Scoped from your numbers, no price list. The owner keeps the final yes.
