Follow-up that actually runs
Lead follow-up is the cadence that works every open lead on your ledger at day 3, day 30 and day 180, asks closed? on every job that went quiet, and asks for the review the moment a job closes. It replaces the follow-up nobody in the shop has time to do. Every touch is logged, and the owner reads the weekly reconcile instead of chasing.

01 · What changes
What it replaces, what it automates, what it amplifies.
02 · How it runs
Scope, connect, run, hand over.
The same four moves as every build, in the order they happen for this one.
- 01
Scope from your open leads
We read the ledger you have today: how many leads are open, how old, how many closed without being marked. That sets the cadence and the first sweep.
- 02
Write the touches in your voice
Each message is written for your business: the day 3 nudge, the day 30 check, the closed? question, the review ask. You approve the set before it runs.
- 03
Connect the channels
WhatsApp Business, SMS or email, on your accounts. The review ask uses your own Google review link.
- 04
Run the first sweep
The first run works the backlog: old leads get one honest touch, dead ones get closed, real ones get a date. You see the reconcile before the daily cadence starts.
- 05
Hand over or manage
The cadence is a set of routines on your ledger. Keep them and run them, or we run them and send the weekly reconcile.

FAQ
Questions about the lead follow-up build
- Why day 3, 30 and 180?
- Day 3 catches the lead that got a quote and went quiet. Day 30 catches the one that said later. Day 180 catches the seasonal job and the one that went with someone else and might be back. The days are defaults and are set per business during scoping.
- Will my customers feel spammed?
- No. Each lead gets one touch per stage, in plain language, from your business. A reply stops the cadence and flags a person. Anyone who says stop is marked and never touched again.
- What does the closed? check-in do?
- When a job goes quiet with no closed stamp, the customer or the tech gets one question: was this closed? The answer updates the ledger. It is how we find closed jobs that were never marked, which is where revenue goes missing.
- Does it replace my CRM?
- No. It runs on the ledger you already have, or on a Supabase ledger we set up under your account. If you use a CRM, the touches and stamps write back to it where the CRM allows.
- What do you need from me?
- An export of your open leads, your Google review link, access to the messaging accounts you want to send from, and the voice you want the messages in. One approval on the message set and it runs.
