Questions about the full company os build
- Is this software I subscribe to?
- No. It is a custom build on your own accounts, scoped from your own data. It can be managed by ClearOps AI, sold to you outright, or split. There is no shared platform where your business is one row in someone else's table.
- What does the owner still do?
- Read two messages a day and answer the one that needs a yes. Money, brand and anything irreversible stay with the owner by rule. Everything routine runs. That is the whole job description, and it is the same one Ori has on our own companies.
- How long does a full build take?
- It depends on how many departments and how clean your data is, so we scope it before we say. Departments come up one at a time, each running beside the old way for about a week before it takes over. You see the first department work before the second starts.
- Can I start with one department and grow into this?
- Yes. Every build on this page is a piece of the same system on the same ledger. A receptionist today is a full company OS later without rebuilding. That is how our own companies were built.
- What do you need from me?
- Access to your accounts as we bring each department up, a month of your data to scope from, your rules on pricing and payouts, and your yes on anything irreversible. We do the rest and show the receipts.
