Questions
Before you apply
- Is this MRR software?
- No. Clever is built custom for one company at a time on that company's own accounts. Some owners keep the build and run it; some have ClearOps run it for them. Either way there is no shared platform and no seat pricing.
- Do I own it?
- The accounts are yours from day one: your phone line, your Google Business Profile, your WhatsApp, your ledger. How the build itself is held (sold to you, managed for you, a one-shot, or a hybrid) is part of the scope we write back.
- What do you need from me?
- The four answers on this page to start. Then access to the accounts Clever will run on, usually a phone line and a Google listing, and an hour with whoever answers the phone today so we can copy how they do it.
- How long does it take?
- The scope comes back within one business day. A first department, usually phones, goes live on your line before the rest is built, so you see it work on real calls early.
- What if I only want the phones?
- Then that is the build. Phones is the most common first department and it stands on its own. The others connect later if you want them.
