Google listings and search, on your own account

Google listings and search is the department that keeps your Google Business Profiles clean, your site readable by people and crawlers, and your reviews answered. It runs a 5-field audit on every listing (name, category, phone, address, hours), enforces one phone per listing, replies to reviews in your voice, and publishes the llms.txt that AI systems read. It replaces the local SEO agency retainer.

01 · What changes

What it replaces, what it automates, what it amplifies.

Replaces

  • The local SEO agency retainer
  • A freelancer who touches the listing once a quarter
  • Review replies that never happen
  • A site nobody can crawl

Automates

  • The 5-field audit on every listing: name, category, phone, address, hours
  • One phone per listing, checked, never mixed
  • Review replies in your voice, within the day
  • Posting what ran to the profile
  • The site: pages per service and area, with schema
  • llms.txt, robots and crawler access, so AI systems can read you

Amplifies

  • Your phones: the call button rings the right line
  • Your reviews: the follow-up ask feeds the profile
  • Your dispatch: service areas on the listing match the roster
  • Your own Google account: per-account tokens, no shared manager

02 · How it runs

Scope, connect, run, hand over.

The same four moves as every build, in the order they happen for this one.

RUNS ON · YOUR ACCOUNTS · YOUR KEYS
  1. 01

    Audit what Google shows today

Every listing you own gets the 5-field audit. Wrong phone, wrong category, missing hours, duplicate listings. You get the list before anything changes.

  2. 02

Fix the fields, one phone each

Each listing gets one phone that rings your line. Categories stay as they are if they work; a live listing's primary category is never changed.

  3. 03

    Connect on your own account

Access is granted per Google account with your own tokens. No shared manager account, no agency login in the middle.

  4. 04

    Run the routines

Review replies, posts, the site pages, llms.txt and crawler access run on a schedule. A suspended listing gets an appeal drafted from the audit.

  5. 05

    Hand over or manage

The listings and the site are yours. We hand over the routines, or keep running them and report what changed.

03 · Compared, plainly

Who does what, and what breaks.

No dollar figures. Coverage, ownership and what happens at 2 AM. The last row is yours to fill in.

Connects to your accounts

Plugs into what you already pay for.

  • Google Business Profile (your account, your tokens)
  • Your website, or a site we build under your domain
  • Google Search Console
  • Your phone line, for call-button checks
  • Your ledger, so what ran can be posted

Access is granted per account with your own tokens and can be revoked in your own settings. Nothing is shared between clients.

Where we build

Our own companies in New York and South Florida. The same rail, remotely, anywhere in the US.

FAQ

Questions about the google listings & search build

What is the 5-field audit?
Name, primary category, phone, address and hours on every listing you own, checked against what is true and against each other. Most listing problems are one of those five fields being wrong or duplicated. The audit runs before any change and on a schedule after.
Do you need access to my Google account?
Yes, on your own account with your own tokens. We do not put your listings under a shared agency manager. You can revoke access in your Google settings at any time, and everything that was built stays yours.
Will you change my listing's category?
Not a live listing's primary category. That is a hard rule from running our own listings. Secondary categories, services, hours and descriptions get fixed. A category change on a working listing gets a written case first, and you decide.
What is llms.txt and why does it matter?
It is a plain text file on your site that tells AI systems what your business is, what it does, and where. Search is moving from ten blue links to answers, and answer engines read that file. Every site we build ships one, and the template is free on this site.
What do you need from me?
Access on your Google account, the list of every listing you think you own, your one phone per location, and your domain access if we touch the site. The audit comes back before you approve anything.
