Questions about custom builds
- Is this a monthly software subscription?
- No. Each build is custom, scoped from your own data and connected to your own accounts. It is delivered as a managed service, sold outright, as a one-shot deliverable, or a hybrid. There is no shared platform and no seat pricing. You apply, we scope, and you get a written plan before anything is built.
- Does it run on my accounts or yours?
- Yours. Your phone line, your WhatsApp Business, your Google Business Profile, your ledger, your payment proof. Access is granted per account with your own tokens, and you can revoke it in your own settings. We do not put your business under a shared agency login.
- Do I own what gets built?
- Yes. The agent, the routines, the ledger and the accounts are yours. If ClearOps AI manages it for you, you can take it over. If it is sold, you hold the keys from day one. Nothing is hardcoded to us.
- How long does a build take?
- It depends on the department and how clean your data is, so we scope before we promise. A single department comes up in stages: scope, connect, run beside the old way for about a week, then take over. A full company OS brings departments up one at a time.
- What do you need from me?
- Access to the accounts the build touches, a month of your data to scope from, your rules on pricing and payouts, and your yes on anything irreversible. Most owners spend one sitting on the rules and then read two messages a day.
