An AI receptionist on your own line
The AI receptionist is a voice agent that answers your existing phone line, on your account, under your business name. It qualifies the caller, logs a ticket to your ledger before the call ends, screens robots and spam, and covers after hours. The caller never learns it is AI unless they ask.

01 · What changes
What it replaces, what it automates, what it amplifies.
02 · How it runs
Scope, connect, run, hand over.
The same four moves as every build, in the order they happen for this one.
- 01
Scope from your call log
We read what actually comes in on your line: job types, hours, spam share, what a caller needs to hear. The script is written from that, not from a template.
- 02
Build the agent on your account
The voice agent is created under your business name with your greeting, your service list and your rules for pricing and emergencies. It lives on your account, not ours.
- 03
Connect the line
Your existing number forwards to the agent, or a new number is added to your carrier. Nothing is ported. You can turn it off with one setting.
- 04
Run it on the fleet pattern
The same loop that runs our own companies: answer, qualify, ticket before hang-up, hand to dispatch. The first week runs alongside your current setup.
- 05
Hand over or manage
You keep the agent and the numbers. We hand over the keys, or run it for you with the daily repair check. Either way the ledger is yours.
03 · Compared, plainly
Who does what, and what breaks.
No dollar figures. Coverage, ownership and what happens at 2 AM. The last row is yours to fill in.

- Your ledger (Supabase) or your CRM
- WhatsApp Business, for the ticket hand-off
- Google Business Profile call button
- Website forms, so web leads land in the same queue

FAQ
Questions about the ai receptionist build
- Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
- Not unless they ask. The agent introduces itself by the name you choose and follows your script. If a caller asks directly, it says so and offers a callback from a person. We do not pretend, and we do not announce.
- Do I have to change my phone number?
- No. Your existing number forwards to the agent, or we add a line under your carrier. Nothing is ported away from you. If you switch the forward off, calls go back to wherever they went before.
- What happens when the agent cannot handle a call?
- It takes the caller's details, logs the ticket, and flags it for a person. You decide who gets the flag and how: a text, a WhatsApp message, or a call transfer during business hours.
- How is this different from an answering service?
- An answering service takes a message on their number and sends it later. This agent runs on your line, knows your services and pricing rules, logs a structured ticket while the caller is still on the phone, and hands the job to dispatch. It is your receptionist, not a shared desk.
- What do you need from me to build it?
- Access to your call log or a week of call recordings, your service list with pricing rules, your hours, and who gets the flag on an unusual call. Carrier access to set the forward. That is the whole list.
