The Scorecard

  1. 01Reception (voice agent): must prove a ticket exists before the caller hangs up, 24/7. Receipt: tickets created vs. calls received, last 7 nights. Verdict: KEEP.
  2. 02Dispatch: must prove a tech gets the job card in under a minute and answers "in / out". Receipt: time from ticket to first tech reply. Verdict: KEEP.
  3. 03Follow-up texts to stale leads: must prove a booked job from a lead older than 7 days. Receipt: booked jobs from stale leads, last 30 days. Verdict: DELETE.
  4. 04Money report: must prove the owner knows what closed and who gets paid before 7:30 AM. Receipt: days the report printed on time out of days total. Verdict: KEEP.
  5. 05Auto-posting content: must prove posts go out daily, and anything with a price waits for the owner. Receipt: posts published vs. posts that needed a human yes. Verdict: KEEP, ON A LEASH.

The Rule for Every Row

  1. 01An agent stays only if it has a receipt the owner can read in ninety seconds. No receipt, no agent.

How to Score Your Own

  1. 01Write the one thing the agent must prove (one sentence).
  2. 02Name the receipt: a count, a time, a file. Not a feeling.
  3. 03Read the receipt for 7 days before you decide.
  4. 04Delete anything that has no receipt after 30 days.
  5. 05The owner keeps the final yes on money, brand and anything irreversible.

FAQ

Questions this file answers

How do you decide whether to keep an AI agent in the business?
Every agent needs a receipt the owner can read in ninety seconds — a count, a time, or a file, not a feeling. Read the receipt for 7 days before deciding, then delete anything that has no receipt after 30 days.
What should the reception voice agent prove?
It must prove a ticket exists before the caller hangs up, 24/7, checked against tickets created versus calls received over the last 7 nights.
What happens to an agent with no receipt?
In the example scorecard, follow-up texts to stale leads were marked DELETE because they couldn't produce enough booked jobs from stale leads over the last 30 days. The rule is to read the receipt for 7 days before deciding, then delete anything that has no receipt after 30 days.
How is auto-posting content scored?
It's scored KEEP, ON A LEASH — it must prove posts go out daily while anything with a price waits for the owner, checked against posts published versus posts that needed a human yes.
Who makes the final call on an agent?
The owner keeps the final yes on money, brand and anything irreversible, no matter what the scorecard shows.
